We had a little Easter egg hunt in Nauvoo. My ward had a temple day and afterwards we decided to each bring some candy filled eggs and lay them out in the field in front of the Temple. It provided the perfect backdrop, and the weather was fantastic!
And of course I included my little Jordyn happily scooting around the grass and experimenting with her tongue. |

Little updates:
Madison - Talk and talks and talks. She is a very good communicator. She also sings and sings and sings. She knows so many songs! She is a bit of a demanding little two year old. She loves to chat and will not be ignored. Sometimes if I am finishing a task, talking to a friend, or looking at my phone (whoooops) she takes my face in her hands and literally forces me to look at her. She is quite the busy body, and does not stop moving. Her new favorite activity is our calendar time. We sing days of the week, the months of the year, as well as talk about the activities we are going to do on that day.
Jordyn - Is still the sweetest baby. She loves me and we just took a trip to my parents house where she always made sure I was in the room. While it was a bit annoying, it was still cute how excited she would get when I would pick her up or take her from whomever was holding her. She scoots every which way, but forward, and rocks back and forth on her knees. Still no teeth, but we sure see her tongue a lot. She makes little noises while flipping it in and out of her mouth and she loves to blow raspberries.
