Basketball!!!! Football!!... and snow

BYU basketball season has finally started! I love watching the boys play and love the cheering and music that comes with the student section. People watching and listening during a game is also a wonderful upside to attending these games. So many pictures taken, funny faces, random conversation, and perfectly good calls are booed by perfectly clueless people.

Oh and we finally got a football game this season! The last home game of the season. They played the University of Idaho and won by quite a lot. Honestly, we only stayed half the game. (plus it was cold)

Oh ya…. It snowed… a lot. All day on Friday the snow poured down. Riding my bike was miserable. But I decided to make the best of it and humor Jordan. We went outside and attempted to build a snowman. That failed, so we decided to try to sculpt a man. That failed, so we just took a picture.

The attempted snowman/sculpted man is behind us.

Love Is.....

Last night we had FHE (Family Home Evening). We spent some time together outside of studying and cleaning together to strengthen our relationship as a couple and well as with our Heavenly Father. For our little activity we thought of little definitions of what we thought our specific love is... these are a few we thought of.

Love Is:

* Always taking out the garbage
*Cleaning while I am studying
* Turning off the alarm as fast as he can so he can jump into bed
*sending cute random texts
* wearing my favorite clothes that she owns more often then others
*knowing he will always kiss my hand when I put it out
*holding my hair up while I dry heave
*Always walking in the apartment first to check for attackers

I love this boy so so much!

Iron Man

This month Jordan decided that we were going to participate the a program called 'Iron Man'... In this program you chart your progress and by the end of the month you need to have completed 112 miles on the bicycle, 26 miles of running, and 2.7 or 79 laps of swimming. If you complete all this you get a shirt!!! Wahoo!  So far we just have a couple of miles of running, like 25ish of biking (we still need to calculate this) and then zero laps of swimming. Honestly I wasn't to excited to be participating in this, especially because Jordan now makes us ride our bikes fast instead of my usually slow speed. However, I feel that as the month gets closer to an end and our goal becomes closer and closer it will feel good to accomplish this. Yay for us!
