A late summer wedding

We were sealed together on August 18, 2012 in Rexburg Idaho in the Rexburg Idaho Temple at 11:00 AM. Wahoo Wahoo Wahoo!! It was a beautiful sunny day, except for the sky was grey due to a nearby wild fire.
Here are some highlighted pictures from that day.

Coming out of the Temple as husband and wife

All our family and friends     Story: Because I am the oldest grandchild in my family none of my siblings or cousins could come witness the sealing inside the temple. My sister Leslee, who is 19, was put in charge of driving all my siblings and cousins up the hill to the temple when I was about to come out. They were stopped at the bottom of the hill when the van quit and would not move forward. They were stuck in the middle of an intersection embarrassed and panicked. Leslee burst into tears while Kimball had to direct traffic around the van. Luckily the high school orchestra teacher showed up behind the van, took a couple of children up to the temple and they were able to tell someone to come and get the rest. They all got their in the nick of time.

If you check out Kimball's face, the one directly to the right of Jordan...... It's not a posed one.
My periwinkle shoes!

Sealed for time and all eternity
                                                         The Reception
It was a beautiful beautiful Rexburg evening. Not to hot or cold. It was everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful, fun, and full of color and kids. Jordan got tired of being in that line, but because it was my hometown everybody I saw was someone I loved very very much.

My siblings took turns playing the piano
Check out the cute little banner at the top and the decorated card holder. I still have the banner hanging in my little apartment.

My beautiful guest quilt that my mother and I made out of bride's maid and wedding dress material. We also had our engagement pictures put on fabric. The guests signed the back!

   My Elegant Cake

We served oreo pops and a sherbert and sprite mixture. I actually never tried one. But they looked cute in my colors!
This is only a few, but my brothers, cousins, and all their friends in the neighborhood got up early the morning of my wedding to set up chairs and tables for our reception.
Fielding 'pimpin' out by the drink table
Our first dance.

This was the happiest day of my life thus far. We were in my beautiful hometown, we were surrounded by family and friends, and I was sealed to my best friend for time and all eternity.
