We planted a garden

Jordan and I bought a community plot to plant a garden. We planted tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, beans, and peas. Hopefully, a watermelon too!

 Just thinking about the tomatoes made our mouths water. We cannot wait till harvest time.

On a Sunday afternoon

One time Jordan and I had a really busy week where we barely saw each other. We looked forward to Sunday where we could take a break from homework and work.

First we finished reading Ender's Game. Wonderful wonderful book.

Then we went to the duck pond to feed the ducks. The ducks were not very hungry, but the temperature outside was beautiful and we had a great time watching kids run and chase after ducks.

And then we played Pirate Dice and Stratego.

A perfect Sunday afternoon.

Hobble Creek Hike

We had a small break between semesters so between moving and cleaning we decided to take a small hike with some friends of ours. We went up Hobble Creek Canyon and basically just took a stroll so we could make it back before dark. The weather was beautiful though and Jordan couldn't get enough of throwing rocks into the stream.

 OH.... Jordan decided that I could possibly do a little modeling and fashion design with my 'Sunday after Church' outfit. I think he may be a little biased.

mmmmm.....  check out the Nike shoes, wool socks, floral skirt, BYU t-shirt, and giant hair flower. Oh and don't forget the Mardi Gras Beads.

Well.... the first week of Spring Semester has started. Physics hasn't been to bad, but definitely has been time consuming. I have a feeling that I am in for a homework/frustrated filled semester.

A little dress

I took a sewing class this semester and loved it. This is one of the projects that I made.

 

 It is a little toddler's little dress. Imagine a little red head in this dress. Bring on the little girls!
